The 6-Day Private Retreat at Coeur de Roses is a carefully crafted journey designed to support your personal and spiritual transformation in one of Europe's most mystically charged landscapes. From the moment you arrive, you'll be enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth, gentleness, and intentional care.

Your retreat begins with a welcome drink and gentle introduction to the week ahead, followed by settling into your private cottage—a peaceful sanctuary equipped with everything you need for comfortable, independent living. The evening opens with a nourishing three-course welcome dinner, marking the official start of your transformative journey.

At the heart of the retreat are two private therapeutic sessions of 60-90 minutes each. These sessions are completely customized to your needs and may include regression therapy, inner child work, Akashic Records reading and healing, hypnotherapy, energy work, or healing massage. Your guide, Désirée, intuitively selects the approach that best supports your transformation based on what emerges during your time together.

The sacred landscape itself becomes a powerful teacher through guided excursions to the region's most spiritually significant sites. Possible destinations include Rennes-le-Château, Montségur, Carcassonne, and Bugarach—places steeped in the mysteries of the Cathars and the Mary Magdalene tradition. One full-day and one half-day excursion are included, allowing ample time to truly absorb and integrate the profound energies of these ancient places.

Between sessions and excursions, generous free time is woven throughout the week. Rest in the beautiful garden, take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool, walk among the vineyards, journal, read, or engage in creative expression. Nothing is rushed—this retreat honors your natural rhythm and allows transformation to unfold organically.

Prior to arrival, you'll connect with Désirée through a video call to get acquainted and attune to your intentions. You'll also complete a registration form so the retreat can be carefully prepared around your unique needs. From first contact to final departure, every detail is held with sacred intention.
