Chiang Mai · 7 days · From EUR 450
A typical day follows the camp's training block structure. Morning sessions start early, usually around 07:00, with a run and warm-up before pad work, bag rounds and technique drills. Trainers rotate you through stations and correct your form in real time — with a maximum of 2 students per trainer, they can actually stop the round and fix what you're doing. The Full plan adds afternoon sessions, typically starting around 16:00, covering more pads, clinch work and conditioning. If you're on the Lite plan, you train twice a day and have the rest of the day free for recovery, the coworking space or exploring Chiang Mai.
Sessions run across 12,000 sq ft of training space, which includes 4 full-size rings, 22 Fairtex heavy bags and a dedicated strength area. The camp isn't a tourist drop-in gym where you queue for a bag — the space and the student-to-trainer ratio are the whole point. Up to 4 training sessions run per day, and session times can shift slightly by season, so you check the live schedule rather than assuming a fixed timetable.
What separates this from other Muay Thai gyms in Chiang Mai is the coaching model. Most gyms sell access to busy group classes. Here, training is built around close attention and more feedback per session — the camp states this directly as the reason its pricing sits differently from some other gyms in the city. Trainers adjust intensity and fundamentals for beginners, so you can start from zero and progress quickly, or come in with experience and get pushed harder.
The Detox & Weight Loss track is a separate option that layers recovery and juice-based nutrition on top of the training routine. During the fasting phase you get daily detox juices, then recovery meals during the refeed phase. This is the one programme where nutrition is provided — standard Stay & Train packages don't include meals. Everyone else eats at the on-site Lean & Green Café or at local spots nearby.
For longer stays, the camp supports ED and DTV visa routes through its Muay Thai training programme. As a school/academy, it prepares the school-side enrolment documents required for the application and gives process guidance after payment. Guests come from all over — the camp reports being trusted by over 400 verified guests — and the vibe is training-focused rather than holiday-focused. You're here to improve, and the structure is built around that.
