Surf and Yoga Week in a Shared Beach House in Conil de la Frontera, Andalusia

The house has three bedrooms — two triples and one double — and two full bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a balcony and sea views. There's a rooftop, a garden, a patio facing a dehesa, a dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included, WiFi runs throughout, and parking is free on site. The whole house can be rented for a week in summer or by groups outside the summer season.

Each day includes a two-hour surf lesson with all the kit — wetsuit, leash, surfboard — and a qualified instructor. Outside lesson time you can borrow wetsuits, leashes, softboards and epoxy boards for free. Yoga sessions run alongside the surfing, aimed at flexibility and balance rather than as a separate discipline. There's also a surfskate lesson, which is land training for your turns and positioning.

The camp surfs several spots along this stretch of coast: El Palmar, Hierbabuena, Conil and Caños de Meca. When conditions at the nearest break aren't right, the team transfers you to another beach. Other extras on offer include paddle surf, excursions in Cádiz, and surf video correction for an additional €30.

Conil de la Frontera is a whitewashed town on the Costa de la Luz with long golden beaches and clear water. The house is five minutes from the beach and five minutes from the town centre, with easy car access from El Palmar and the motorway. The town is known for seafood, its cliffs at sunset, and bars and terraces that get busy at night.

The camp runs year-round, with different pricing by season: autumn (1 October to 12 November) at €525 for seven days, winter (12 November to 14 March) at €490, and spring (1 March to 30 May) at €540. A two-day weekend camp is €70. Winter is described as bringing better waves to southern Spain.
