Thailand 7-Day Health & Fitness Boot Camp Retreat in Koh Samui

The retreat runs from 27th December to 3rd January on Koh Samui, Thailand's most popular holiday island. You stay in Lamai, in the peaceful hills just five minutes from the beach. The accommodation is two side-by-side villas, each with four private en-suite bedrooms. Rooms have king-sized beds, air conditioning, fridges and hot water showers. There are communal areas and gardens with jungle views.

The training facility is on-site and includes a new, fully equipped gym with modern machines, a 250sqm functional fitness area, high-quality functional training equipment, and a 20m swimming pool. You get unlimited access to the full class timetable, which runs from 6:30am to 7:30pm daily. Sessions include Yoga, Swimming, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, TRX, Muay Thai, Spinning, Cross Training, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Olympic Weight Lifting, and a morning jungle hill beach workout.

The instructors are experienced expat trainers and ex-British military personnel. They lead all sessions and are on hand throughout the week. With a maximum of 8 guests, you get plenty of attention and can ask for form checks or extra help in any class.

Food is provided with the XTREME Results Package only, so if you want meals included you need to book that option. Three meals a day are prepared by the retreat's own chef, and the food is designed to be healthy and support fat loss. You eat together in the communal areas.

The rest of the day is yours between classes. You can walk to the beach, use the pool, or relax in the gardens. The sauna is available, and there's daily maid cleaning plus laundry on request. The whole setup is focused on training and eating well, with like-minded people, in a tropical setting.
