Two follow-up sessions allow for assessment of progress, clarification of insights, and calibration of continued work.

Beyond the core therapeutic work, the retreat offers meditation classes based on Vipassana and other approaches Stefano has practiced for over 25 years, providing precious teachings you can take home for daily practice.
