Ultimate 30-Day Muay Thai & Fitness Transformation in Thailand

Thailand · 30 days · From USD 1692

Muay Thai Battle Conquer is a place where the daily rhythm is set by the bell. Mornings start at 7am with a two-hour session of shadow boxing, bag work, and pad work, broken into 3-minute rounds with active recovery. You'll do the same again at 3:30pm, six days a week, with Sundays off for cultural excursions. Head trainer Pau, who has been fighting since age four, leads a team of eight full-time coaches including Game (200+ fights) and Ruk (with the camp since it opened). Beginners are welcome—technique classes once a week cover grappling and sparring, and coaches give plenty of one-on-one attention.

The camp is split between two areas: the Wijittra Resort, where you'll find the new Muay Thai gym, weight training area, pool, and smoothie bar, and Kaewma Farm a few minutes' walk away, which has 27 cozy lodges, the Shakti Yoga Shala, Naga indoor yoga studio, and Noi's Cafe. Noi, who comes from Bangkok's top hotels, runs the front of house and makes sure every guest feels at home, while the kitchen serves up filling countryside dishes like chicken and pork curries, omelettes, and seasonal vegetables.

Weight loss here is a side effect, not the goal. The schedule keeps you moving, the food is high in protein and fiber, and there's no calorie counting—just eat, train, sleep, repeat. Guests rave about the community, the laughter, and the sense of achievement. If you want to fight competitively, the camp can find you bouts at local carnival fights, and many guests simply head there to cheer on the camp's fighters. There's also yoga, meditation, temple trips, and a jungle waterfall to explore if you opt for the Wellness Muay Thai package, which includes daily yoga and guided meditations.

The retreat is bookable all year round, so you can arrive whenever suits. Flights land at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), and the camp is about a 5-hour drive north—they can help arrange a transfer for an extra fee. It's a no-frills, authentic experience that's less polished than a five-star resort but far more real.
