Weekend Wellness Escape with Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Baths in Utah

The retreat takes place in a comfortable, homey house in Heber City, a peaceful mountain valley just outside Park City. You'll stay in one of three room options: a private queen room, a shared queen for couples or friends, or a communal bunk room with six twin beds—great for solo travelers on a budget. The house has a kitchen, hot tub, back patio with fire pit, and a cozy home theater, so there's plenty of space to relax between sessions.

Your host and facilitator is Jenny Wigham, a multi-certified yoga teacher with over a decade of practice and a trauma-informed approach. She designs the weekend to be accessible to every body—whether you've never done yoga or you're a seasoned practitioner. Each day blends structured practices like sunrise meditation and gentle yoga with long stretches of free time to do whatever you need: journal, create, walk into town, or soak in the hot tub.

A typical day begins with meditation and a yoga class, followed by a homemade breakfast. Afternoons are unstructured—guests often hike, visit the Homestead Crater hot springs, or just relax. Evenings bring breathwork and sound baths, with a yin yoga class and a final closing circle on Sunday. The whole weekend is paced so nothing feels rushed, and there's no pressure to join every activity.
