The Wellbeing Detox Programme at Euphoria Retreat is built on a simple idea: you can't detox properly if you're starving. Most detox diets rely on cutting calories and leaving you tired and craving food. This one does the opposite. A patented blood test measures your glutathione levels—an antioxidant essential for liver detoxification—and from those results, a nutritionist builds a personal eating plan of five meals a day, all designed to boost your metabolism rather than restrict it.

On top of the nutrition, you get a solid block of detox-focused spa work. The included treatments cover an infrared sauna session, cupping massage, a body wrap, and more, all picked to stimulate circulation and support your liver and lymphatic system. If you want to go deeper, there's an option to switch to a liquid fasting diet, but only under the guidance of the in-house nutritionist—it's not the default.

The program is also framed around a four-phase structure: Testing, Diagnosis, Intervention, and Follow-Up. Day one is arrival and the blood test. Day two you get your results and your personalized nutrition plan starts. Days three to five (or seven) are the deep detox phase with daily treatments and emotional clearing work—guided meditations, intention setting, journaling. The final phase is about integration, with a closing consultation and tools to take home.

Marina Efraimoglou is the founder, and her background is unusual.
