The team encourages you to follow their suggested schedule—a countryside walk before breakfast, a mix of fitness classes, and time for your pre-booked treatment—but you’re free to swap a class for a swim or a personal training session if you’d rather. The property itself is a purpose-built wellness space, with solar panels, a ground source heat pump, and rainwater recycling.
