Wellness Escape: 3-Day Authentic Yoga Retreat in a Nature Paradise, Spain

Our 3-day authentic yoga retreat in Tarragona, Spain, is a heart-based, nature-immersive experience designed to guide you back to your true self. The retreat is built on four pillars of yoga: Hatha Yoga, with its breathwork and postures; Bhakti Yoga, connecting with your heart through mantra chanting; Raja Yoga, silent meditation for mental focus and peace; and Karma Yoga, selfless service through light communal work like gardening or animal care. This holistic approach ensures a balanced transformation of body, heart, mind, and spirit.

The retreat begins on Friday with check-in and an afternoon Hatha Yoga session, followed by a welcome dinner and evening chanting. Day two is dedicated to feeling your body with morning meditation, gentle yoga or hiking, and a sharing circle. Day three focuses on recharging your soul with Hatha Yoga, a tea and fruit circle, and a final Karma Yoga session. The retreat concludes with a cacao ceremony and dinner, leaving you feeling grounded and inspired.

Our center is a minimalistic, eco-friendly haven powered by solar energy, encouraging a digital detox and a return to simplicity. Life here is basic yet cozy, with a strong emphasis on community and personal growth. We welcome participants who are easy-going and open to a non-transactional, heart-based experience. With only 2 to 8 participants, you'll receive personalized attention and support from our experienced facilitators, Niz and Maria, who bring years of wisdom and a passion for helping others find balance.
