Wellness Escape: Yoga, Meditation & Life Coaching in Sintra, Portugal

This retreat blends intensive yoga, daily meditation, and private life coaching to help you take a step back and figure out what needs to change. Mornings begin with a vigorous vinyasa class with Patricia in the converted barn, followed by breakfast, then a 40-minute guided meditation with Zarqa. Mid-morning, you have your private coaching session, where you'll tackle specific questions about your life and decisions.

Afternoons are unstructured, giving you time to walk the coastal paths, journal in the garden, or receive massage treatments. The evening yoga is slower and restorative, with hip openers and shoulder releases to help you let go of tension. Dinners are communal, with organic food from the garden, and sometimes there are optional evening activities like sound journeys or group sharing.

The coaching is different from therapy – it's strategic and action-oriented. The coach has decades of experience and works with a living meditation master, so the perspective is both practical and deep. You'll have one-hour private video consultation with the coach before or during the retreat, and by the end, you'll have a realistic plan for the next six months.

The property in Sintra Natural Park is tranquil, with quiet beaches and amazing walks nearby. The house has four bedrooms, a jacuzzi, a mini-gym, and a large terrace, all within walking distance of the stunning coastline.
