Europe · 15 days · From USD 3300
This 15-day journey is a rare opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in the ancient nomadic culture of Kyrgyzstan. Beginning in Bishkek, you'll fly south to Osh, one of Central Asia's oldest cities, and then travel through the mountains, forests, and lakes of the southern regions. The itinerary combines physical adventure with spiritual practice: you'll hike through the Sary-Chelek Biosphere Reserve, camp near the sacred Holy Rock above Arslanbob, and stay in a yurt camp near Kyrgyz Ata National Park. Along the way, your guides—Pablo and Monika, who have trained with shamans and yogis—lead meditation, rituals, and reflection circles that draw on the symbols of Tengri (the sky) and Umay (the force of life). This is not a sightseeing tour; it's a structured journey of inner exploration, designed to help you release inherited expectations and find a clearer sense of direction. While some days are physically demanding, others are gentler, offering time for rest, integration, and connection with the group. The retreat is limited to a small group of about 5-13 people, ensuring personalized support throughout. You'll stay in a mix of hotels, guesthouses, tents, and yurts, which adds to the authentic experience. Expect to return with a renewed sense of purpose, a feeling of inner peace, and memories of some of the most beautiful landscapes on earth.
