Casale Fusco is a family-run agriturismo in the green heart of Umbria, among the gentle hills around Spoleto. This stay is about real rest: slow days on a working farm surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and unspoilt countryside, made for anyone who wants to step away from the rush of everyday life and enjoy simple things again.

The centrepiece is the panoramic pool, which looks out over the Umbrian hills and is surrounded by greenery, sunbeds, shaded corners and wide lawns. It's an easy place to spend a summer day reading in the sun or simply taking in the view. Around it, nature is part of the experience: walks among the olive trees, quiet hours in the shade and sunsets over the valley.

The farmhouse is a restored old country house that keeps its traditional character, with stone, wood and natural materials alongside modern comforts. Rooms, independent apartments and a separate country house are furnished in traditional Umbrian style, in warm colours, with relaxing views.

Meals are a journey through Umbrian flavours. The farm restaurant reinterprets traditional recipes with km-zero produce from the farm: its own extra virgin olive oil, wine, artisanal jams and carefully chosen seasonal ingredients.

If you want to add something to your stay, you can book yoga with a local instructor, an Italian cooking class with the farm's cook, horse riding with professional guides, truffle hunting on the estate or a guided visit to Spoleto and Umbria.
