Europe · 4 days · From USD 1163
The four days are structured to balance practice, learning, rest and community. Mornings begin with Lorraine guiding a feminine yoga sadhana in the 12th-century chapel, where the water element brings an undulating quality to postures and meditation becomes a natural reflection. After brunch, the group gathers to explore the feminine through poetry, myths, sutras and shared experiences, alongside discussions on alignment, creative sequencing and the subtle art of transmission through a teacher's voice. There is a long mid-afternoon break for walks along the river, naps in the garden, or simply doing nothing. In the afternoon, Eliza Hope Kenyon leads voice work—toning, sounding, singing, bathing in harmonies, and gentle movement that threads sound and body together, helping women reclaim their voices. Evenings at Erth move slower, with shared meals, rest, conversation, and often a fire under the stars. This module is part of a nine-module curriculum covering feminine yoga sadhana, five elements, nature-based practices, tantric philosophy, trauma-informed teaching, ayurveda, voice work, somatic movement, embodied anatomy, and feminine wisdom traditions. It can be taken as a stand-alone 30-hour course with YACEP certification or woven into the full 300-hour Yoga Alliance qualification. The location is extraordinary: Erth sits on a private peninsula with 300 acres of regenerative farm and wild oak woodland, featured in Conde Nast Traveler, The Guardian, and House & Garden as one of the UK's Best Wellness Retreats for 2026. The River Lynher curves around both sides, breathing with the tide twice a day. The training is open to women who feel called to this work, and places are offered by invitation—applicants have a short call with Lorraine to see if it's the right fit.
