Women's Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Retreat on a Cornish Peninsula

The training experience is structured around the element of water, bringing a fluid, undulating quality to the asana practice. Each day balances practice, learning, rest, and community, with mornings dedicated to feminine yoga sadhana in the chapel. After brunch, midday sessions explore feminine wisdom through poetry, myths, and tantric philosophy, as well as the art of teaching, covering alignment and creative sequencing. Afternoons feature transformational voice work with Eliza Hope Kenyon, where participants tone, sound, and sing to reconnect with their voices. Evenings are slower, with time for journaling, quiet reflection, or conversation by the fire. This retreat is not about gaining another qualification but about deepening your relationship with yoga and discovering your authentic voice as a teacher. The location, Erth, is a 300-acre regenerative farm and wild oak woodland, with the River Lynher curving around the land, offering a truly immersive natural setting. Participants will leave with new ways of moving, a different relationship with their voice, and possibly new friendships formed in this held space.
