United States · 3 days · From USD 475
This women's wellness retreat is a heartfelt invitation to come home to yourself. Hosted by Sheerie Berjansky, a Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master, the weekend is designed to help you navigate the unique transitions of mid-life with grace and self-compassion. The philosophy is rooted in Ayurveda, a 5,000-year-old medical system that emphasizes the connection between nature, the universe, and our individual well-being. Through daily practices of yoga, meditation, and pranayama, you'll learn to tune inward and listen to your body's wisdom, addressing imbalances and cultivating a life of peace and harmony.
The retreat unfolds over a long weekend, starting with a warm welcome reception on Friday evening. You'll settle into your spacious room, enjoy a light meal, and receive your welcome gift bag and itinerary. Saturday and Sunday are dedicated to immersive wellness experiences: gentle yoga sessions suitable for all levels, guided meditations amidst nature, and workshops that explore mindfulness, gratitude, and the principles of Ayurveda. A highlight is the scenic hike along the Susquehanna River on the Marietta Rail Trail, where you can connect with the healing power of the outdoors. There's also ample time for quiet reflection, journaling, or simply relaxing by the fireplace.
The retreat offers a supportive, small-group setting, fostering deep connections with fellow participants. With a maximum of just 6 guests, you'll receive personalized attention and have the opportunity to truly be seen and heard. Optional healing services, available for an additional fee, include Reiki energy healing, chakra re-balancing, reflexology, and tarot card readings. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this retreat is a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and return home with renewed energy, clarity, and a toolkit of habits to support your ongoing well-being.
