The retreat takes place in a two-bedroom townhouse in the Palm Desert Resort community, where you have access to 20 saltwater pools, 20 hot tubs, and 30 tennis courts — but you're just as welcome to read on your private patio, gazing out at the golf course. Your host, Brett, has spent 35+ years as a personal trainer, yoga coach, massage therapist, and nutritionist, and was a former ATP Tour tennis player. He brings a wealth of experience in helping people feel well, and the entire experience is structured around one-on-one care, not group classes.
