Home › Retreats › Women's Wellness & Purpose Renewal Retreat in Texas Hill Country
United States · 4 days · From USD 344
The retreat takes place at the Worldmark New Braunfels resort, a ranch-style property set in the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country. You stay in one of two spacious suites, each with a large living room and kitchen, and the resort has a pool and fitness room for free use. Meals are served three times a day, with snacks available throughout, and coffee, tea, and water are always on hand. One night, the group fires up the grill at the resort, weather permitting.
Each day begins with prayer and intention-setting, followed by a healthy breakfast together. Then come three interactive sessions, which cover topics like childhood traumas, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and identifying your specific gifts. The goal is to help you uncover the lies, negative thoughts, and fears that might be limiting you, and to give you practical tools to move past them. There is also time each day for personal reflection and prayer, and you are free to use the pool or fitness room whenever you like.
Rhonda, the lead facilitator, is a licensed professional counselor in Texas with a master's degree in counseling. She brings a personal understanding of grief and anxiety, having walked through her own journey, and she has worked with people of all faiths, ages, and backgrounds. Gaylon, the second facilitator, combines a background in creative design with coaching and health education. Her approach is practical, helping you connect the pieces of your life to move toward greater health and purpose. Together, they create a space that feels safe and encouraging, where honest conversation and laughter happen naturally.
