Your hosts, Susie Linquist and Angie Greer, have created a week where women can release fears they've carried for years, break through limiting beliefs, and rediscover their confidence. Each day starts with an optional Stretch and Flow class, perfect for all levels. Afternoons might include specialized workshops, sound baths, or nature hikes with a trusted guide. Excursions are included to experience the beauty, culture, and wildlife of Costa Rica. Evenings are spent enjoying dinner together, with a homemade sweet treat for dessert every night.
