Home › Retreats › Women's Pilates, Surf and Jungle Reset in El Salvador
El Salvador · 6 days · From USD 1987
Mizata Resort sits where jungle meets ocean on El Salvador's coast, and the retreat uses both. Mornings and afternoons are built around daily Pilates, core and meditation sessions, plus WYLD dance classes, all led by Jenna Hansen and Lindsi Stevens. Between sessions there's a waterfall hike, personal surf lessons and a Temazcal steam ceremony on the schedule.
The room you book changes the price. Triple occupancy in a beachfront or jungle bungalow with a king and two twin beds is
987 per person. A double-occupancy Jungle Treehouse King is $2427 per person, and a single-occupancy Jungle Bungalow King is $3297. All rooms are air conditioned with modern amenities and spa-like bathrooms.Meals are chef-prepared and included, along with daily masterclasses and fitness classes and retreat swag. A 50-minute deep tissue massage followed by tea is part of the programme, as is a visit to a local women's organisation and cooperative. A sacred Mayan blessing ceremony rounds out the cultural side.
Payment can be spread: a $500 deposit, of which $250 is non-refundable, with the balance over six months. The retreat is currently sold out, with a waitlist open. Roommate requests are considered but not guaranteed, and rooms are not co-ed unless requested.
