Home › Retreats › Women's Wellness Reset Retreat in Ibiza: Yoga, Fitness & Midlife Health
Marbella · 4 days
The day typically starts early with a workout before breakfast. Depending on the day, this could be HIIT, strength training, or a session on the beach or in the nearby forest. The trainers adapt everything to your fitness level, so whether you're just getting back into exercise or you're already fit, you'll be pushed appropriately. Breakfast is a healthy spread, often at the hotel, and then there's usually a workshop or seminar. Topics covered include stress management, hormones (especially for men over 40 dealing with low testosterone), goal setting, and nutrition principles.
Afternoons are a mix of yoga, meditation, and free time. Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels and are more about mobility and relaxation than advanced poses. You might have a one-on-one session with Claire or James to talk through your specific health goals, or just relax by the pool or on the beach. Some retreats include excursions to local markets or beaches. Dinner is together, and there's often a talk or group discussion in the evening.
The retreats are small, with a maximum of 8 guests, so it feels more like a group of friends than a large organized tour. The trainers are qualified PTs, nutritional advisors, stress management consultants, and NLP coaches, and they've been running these retreats since 2012. They've won a bunch of awards, including Best Luxury Fitness Retreats Provider and Most Trusted Fitness Retreat Operators.
The locations are chosen for their comfort and natural beauty. The Ibiza retreats usually take place at a luxury hotel with easy access to the beach, pine forests, and quiet gardens for workouts. The Marbella retreat is at the Puente Romano, a five-star resort with multiple pools, restaurants, and a spa. Both locations offer a mix of relaxation and activity, with plenty of time to rest and enjoy the surroundings.
What makes this different from other fitness retreats is the focus on midlife health specifically. Claire and James understand the pressures of corporate life and midlife transitions because they've been through it themselves. The approach is sustainable and realistic—no extreme diets or punishing workouts. You'll learn how to make small changes that add up, and you'll leave with tools to manage stress, improve your fitness, and feel more in control of your health.
