Home › Retreats › Women's Yoga and Nature Reset in Olympos, Türkiye
Antalya · 4 days
The retreat runs from a Saturday afternoon arrival to a Wednesday morning departure, so four nights covers the full programme and three nights is a shorter version. The schedule is built around two yoga sessions a day. Each morning begins with a 20-minute meditation at 08:00, then an energising power yoga class of around 70 minutes, then breakfast. In the evening there is a relaxing yoga class and meditation, then dinner.
Saturday is the arrival day: check-in from 17:00, a meditation and relaxing yoga class at 18:00, dinner at 19:30, a short talk about the weekend's programme and Yoga Nidra. Sunday adds an optional walk to Olympos and the village in the late morning, and after dinner there is a Goddess Night at 21:00 where guests wear white. Monday's optional extra is a boat trip at 25 euro per person, and the evening meditation happens at the Burning Rocks. Tuesday offers a walk to Termessos as an afternoon option, and guests can choose to stay one more night, with the usual evening class and dinner.
What separates this from a generic yoga week is the setting and the teachers. The garden of the Azur Hotel is where most practice happens, and the beach is private to the hotel. Ceylan Ayik's background combines yoga training in India and Switzerland with Ayurvedic nutrition coaching, and the programme leans on the five elements and the 20 attributes of Ayurveda alongside the physical practice. Paulina Maliniak brings massage therapy and yin yoga, so the evening sessions tend to be restorative rather than strenuous.
Olympos itself is a wooded coastal valley with a river, a long pebble beach and the ruins of the ancient city a short walk away. The Chimaera (Yanartaş) flames are nearby and are listed among the activities. The hotel has an outdoor fireplace, terrace, garden and beachfront access, plus free wifi. Bicycles, canoe and paddle board are included, and sun beds and umbrellas are provided on the beach.
The group is women only, and the yoga is open to all levels including beginners. Numbers are not stated on the page. The tone is relaxed: free time is built into every day, and the optional excursions are exactly that — optional.
