Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Teacher Training in Mallorca

The training runs at a peaceful Mallorcan finca just outside Inca. Each day is structured around Yin foundations, alignment, functional anatomy, fascia work, and sequencing, followed by sound healing sessions with Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, voice, and vibration-based meditation. You'll also learn to guide mindfulness, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, and practice teaching in small-group labs with feedback from the instructors.

Special experiences include a floating soundbath, a sauna session, and a sound bath in a local cave, so you can feel sound as a lived, somatic experience. The program balances theory, practice, and rest time, with evenings generally free for integration or optional kirtan.

The lead instructors are Anika and Anna. Anika started with her first teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and has since expanded into Pilates, Aerial Yoga, massage, and guided meditation. Anna is based in Mallorca and brings over 1,000 hours of training across Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, sound therapy, and meditation coaching, with a special interest in yoga and neuroscience.
