Our retreat is designed to nurture every aspect of your being—physical, mental, and spiritual. The philosophy is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from harmony with nature, community, and self. We begin each morning with a two-hour vinyasa flow practice that energizes the body, followed by a conscious breakfast featuring organic fruits, quinoa, and herbal teas. Afternoons are dedicated to workshops on mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and sustainable living, while evenings conclude with restorative yin yoga and guided meditation under the star-filled Andean sky.

What sets this retreat apart is our deep connection to the local culture. We partner with Quechua communities to offer authentic experiences such as weaving demonstrations, traditional Andean ceremonies, and visits to the vibrant Pisac market. The 'mesada' or offering ceremony with a local shaman is a highlight, providing a unique opportunity for spiritual healing.

Our lead instructor, Maria Fernandez, brings over 15 years of teaching experience and certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Her compassionate approach helps students of all levels find their edge and release tension. She is joined by a team of international and Peruvian teachers who specialize in meditation, pranayama, and holistic healing.

Located just a 20-minute drive from the historic city of Cusco, the retreat center is perched on a hillside with panoramic views of the Sacred Valley. The property features lush gardens, a meditation labyrinth, and a natural spring-fed pool, all designed to enhance your relaxation and connection to nature.
