Home › Retreats › Yoga, Breathwork and Ayurveda Retreats in the Blue Ridge Mountains
United States · 4 days
The centre sits in the Blue Ridge mountains and runs its own programme calendar rather than hosting one fixed week. What you book determines your day. A meditation retreat will have you in SKY breathing sessions with Art of Living faculty. A yoga retreat follows the Sri Sri School of Yoga lineage, and some of those are teacher trainings rather than holidays. Ayurveda programmes combine consultations, treatments and food built around the cleanse you have chosen.
The R & R option is the flexible one: you set the dates, choose the activities and add Ayurvedic treatments as you go. Yoga, meditation, outdoor time, meals and spa therapies are all available to build into it.
Guest-presenter weeks bring in outside teachers, authors and speakers for programmes on self-discovery and personal growth. Those change through the year, so the content of a given week depends on who is presenting.
The property has miles of hiking trails on site, which is the main non-class activity. Meals are part of the retreat packages. Spa therapies are available, and on R & R they are booked as add-ons.
This page does not give room types, nightly rates, arrival times or a sample daily schedule. Those details are on the individual retreat listings, and should be confirmed with the centre before publishing a specific week.
