Croatia · From EUR 1450
A seven-day retreat at the family-run beachfront Villa Gumonca on Brač that blends daily yoga with a dedicated focus on mobility - freeing the joints, building functional range and learning to move with ease. The practice is deeply informed by the philosophy of Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is led by Manuela Huber (E-RYT500), with host and guide Sasha Dakic (E-RYT200) caring for the group.
Days move between dynamic and restorative practice and the pleasures of island life. You'll hike Vidova Gora, the highest peak in the Croatian islands, visit Zlatni Rat beach and the town of Bol, take a boat across to neighbouring Šolta, explore the Jakšić stone-art gallery and enjoy a wine tasting and fine dinner at the Senjković winery.
Chef Kruno Vuljar cooks two meals a day - a generous brunch and dinner - plus snacks, from fresh, seasonal, locally sourced produce, primarily vegetarian and vegan with gluten-free options. With a pool, jacuzzi, garden and direct beach access, and just thirteen guests, the villa makes an intimate, restorative base for the week.
