The Inner Universe Retreat takes place at A Good Place Portugal, a six-bedroom villa in Vale da Telha, a short drive from the Atlantic coast and the Costa Vicentina Natural Park. The location is deliberately low-key: no nightlife, no crowds, just cliff paths, hidden beaches, and small villages. Days here move at the pace of the tide. Each morning starts with an energizing Hatha or Vinyasa class on the yoga deck, followed by breathwork and meditation to ground you for the day. Breakfast is served after, and then the morning is yours — you can take an included 30-minute massage, book a surf lesson, or wander down to the beach.
