Each day includes theory sessions, guided meditations, breathwork journeys, and embodiment practices, ensuring you feel the teachings as much as you understand them. The curriculum covers the science behind breathwork, nervous system regulation, and how to hold space for trauma. You'll also learn the business side—marketing yourself, pricing your sessions, and building a practice.
