Home › Retreats › 100-Hour Prana Breathwork Teacher Training in the Peruvian Sacred Valley
Peru · 14 days · From USD 1336
The training unfolds at a mountain center near Pisac, where the schedule is fluid and honors the group's energy. Most days begin with an 8 AM practice combining pranayama, Hatha or Yin yoga, and simple awareness meditation. Afterward, Wolf leads a session on 'Prana Wisdom'—exploring various breathwork styles, including shamanic and holotropic approaches, and even freediving apnea techniques to build calm and expand lung capacity.
Afternoons turn to the art of guiding: you'll practice in role-play scenarios, learn how to hold space, and work through trauma-informed facilitation ethics. As the valley light softens, you'll take part in longer circular breathing journeys accompanied by Wolf on his hand-carved native flute, which many find deeply releasing. The cacao ceremony honors Incan traditions and is said to open the heart, while the guided hike into the sacred mountains grounds the experience.
What sets this training apart is Wolf's authenticity. Reviews from past students praise his grounded, non-performative approach and the practical teaching skills they gained. The program is accredited by Yoga Alliance (YACEP), and you'll come away with the tools to start your own breathwork practice, including business and marketing advice. Whether you're new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, the training is accessible to all levels.
