100-Hour Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga & Meridians Teacher Training in Thailand

The training covers a broad curriculum that goes beyond asana. You'll study the meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine, anatomy of the deep connective tissues, and how these structures affect mental and emotional well-being. The course is heavily focused on developing your therapeutic presence as a teacher, creating safe spaces, and understanding the nervous system's role in healing. A bonus module on aromatherapy explores the use of essential oils to support emotional health.

Your lead teacher, Liz Szilagyi, E-RYT® 200, RPYT®, YACEP®, is a specialist in trauma-informed yoga and gentle styles like Yin and Restorative. She integrates her knowledge of aromatic herbs and Traditional Chinese Medicine into the training, offering a unique blend of practical teaching skills and holistic insights. She continues to offer online mentoring and support for her graduates after the course.

The course is set at the Wonderland Healing Center, a resort nestled in a tropical forest with a pool, herbal steam sauna, and a beautiful two-story yoga shala. With daily vegan buffet meals, you'll have all the nourishment you need. You'll also take part in group excursions, including a temple visit and a trip to a waterfall, and enjoy kirtan and beach sunset sessions.
