100-Hour Yoga & Breathwork Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali

The training blends daily practice with simple theory, offering a balanced approach to asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Everything is taught step by step, without overload, so the learning can settle naturally. It’s open to practitioners of all levels. You don’t need prior teaching experience—just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to practice. The environment is supportive and calm, allowing you to grow at your own pace while gaining the confidence to share yoga in an honest, grounded way.

Each day follows a steady rhythm that balances practice, learning, and rest. Mornings start with meditative asana practice to gently wake the body, followed by pranayama and breath awareness. After breakfast, there’s time for yoga philosophy, meditation, or guided discussion, and alignment work. Afternoons include a workshop or practicum session, anatomy or breath-related study, and an asana practice to close the day. Throughout, you’ll work with key yogic practices including asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra, shatkriyas, mantra chanting, and yoga philosophy.

The training takes place at Taman Harum Cottages, a quiet, peaceful spot in Ubud surrounded by greenery and everyday village life. The setting supports the work naturally, making it easier to focus, rest, and let the practices settle. You’ll also have opportunities for gentle nature walks, waterfall visits, and to witness traditional Balinese healing practices and ceremonies.
