Home › Retreats › 11-Day Himalayan Yoga Teacher Training in the Chiang Mai Highlands, Thailand
Chiang Mai · 11 days · From USD 948
The training is a condensed version of the school's longer 200-hour and 500-hour courses, and it runs a full schedule most days. Mornings start early with pranayama and meditation, followed by a couple of hours of asana practice — Classical Hatha one day, Ashtanga Vinyasa the next. Afternoons are split between workshops: yoga anatomy, philosophy, mantra chanting, alignment practicum, and teaching practice. Evenings usually close with relaxation or yoga nidra. It's a lot, but the pace is deliberate, and the teachers adjust to wherever you are — the source notes explicitly that students with learning challenges have been accommodated and supported through the material.
