11-Day Spiritual Pilgrimage Through Ancient Greece: Athens, Delphi, Crete and the Cyclades

The pilgrimage starts in Athens, where the group gathers for a welcome dinner before heading out to the sites. From there it moves to Delphi, set in the mountains, and the slopes of Mount Parnassus — the kind of terrain where the walking itself is part of the point. Local guides take the group through the archaeological sites, and Shan leads meditations and ceremonial circles along the way.

The middle of the trip is Crete and Mount Ida, with a full day set aside by the Cretan sea. That day is deliberately unstructured: swim, write in your journal, or just sit with what has come up over the first week. Healing and sharing circles give people a chance to talk through what they are experiencing in a small group.

The final stretch is the islands — Mykonos and Delos — ending with a farewell dinner on Mykonos. Delos is one of the most significant archaeological sites in Greece, and it is visited with a guide like the rest.
