12-Day Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

The core of this course is the Ashtanga primary series combined with dynamic Vinyasa Flow. You'll learn the full sequence, with close attention to alignment, breath synchronization, and how to offer hands-on adjustments. Unlike more general teacher trainings that touch on many styles, this one is entirely focused on these two practices, so you build real depth and precision in a short time.

Daily life at the ashram is structured around your training. You'll have a morning asana practice, followed by breakfast, then anatomy or philosophy, and a long lunch break to rest. Afternoons continue with teaching methodology, where you'll practice cueing and sequencing, and evenings might include meditation or restorative sessions. The schedule is full, but the pace is manageable, with time to digest what you're learning.
