12 Day Vitality Juice Detox & Yoga Retreat in Koh Phangan, Thailand

The 12-day Vitality Juice Detox is built around a 7.5-day juice fast. Before you start fasting, you get two pre-cleanse days where you're still eating light meals (fruit salad, vegetable salad) and drinking liver flush drinks to prepare your body. Then comes seven days of nothing but fresh juices, coconut water, herbal teas, and a vitamin-rich detox soup each evening. After the fast, two post-cleanse days gradually reintroduce alkalising solid food, starting with a probiotic implant and a break-the-fast option like a papaya bowl or raw coconut soup.

What makes this different from a DIY juice cleanse is the level of daily support. There's a wellness meeting every day where you can talk through how you're feeling, get guidance on the fasting process, and adjust things if needed. The centre also includes two yoga classes daily, meditation Monday through Friday, and workshops. Staff are experienced in running many detox programs and offer both emotional and practical support, including a private health assessment at the start and detailed guidelines for reintroducing food after the fast.

The 11 nights of accommodation include your choice of rooms, from rustic bamboo bungalows to a top-level deluxe room with a hammock on the balcony. Meals are handled by the centre's own café, which serves healthy raw fruits, salads, and vegetables during the pre- and post-cleanse days. The location in Srithanu Bay is a five-minute walk from a white-sand beach, set in a tropical garden with coconut trees, butterflies, and exotic flowers. The centre itself has three yoga shalas, spa rooms, an open-air café facing the bay, and an infrared sauna, herbal steam room, and ice bath for guest use.
