Home › Retreats › 12-Week Residential HYROX Race Camp in North India — Bengaluru 2027 Prep
India · 84 days · From INR 2185
The camp runs out of a dedicated residential facility in North India, in the mountains, outdoors, with the same eight station setups you will meet on race day: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jump, row, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. The exact location and nearest airport are announced on 14 November 2026, the same day registration opens. Check-in is 1 PM on a Sunday and the Monday starts training. Meals, sleep, session plans and recovery are all scheduled for you, which sounds small until you have lived it — the thing most people notice in the first fortnight is not the training, it is that nothing else needs deciding.
This is a single periodised 12-week plan with three entry points, not the same programme sold at three lengths. The 12-week batch starts 14 February 2027 and runs 84 nights. The 8-week batch starts 14 March (56 nights), entering at Block 2 with a full assessment, movement screening and station standards before anyone is asked to train at the group's load. The 4-week batch starts 11 April (28 nights) and is a sharpening block for athletes who arrive race-fit. All three check out at 9 AM on Sunday 9 May 2027. If you land between two batches, the advice is consistent: take the longer one.
A week in camp is two coached sessions a day, six days a week, with Sunday as a genuine rest day. Monday pairs an aerobic run with lower body strength. Tuesday is station technique followed by running straight off it, then yoga, mobility and prehab in the evening. Wednesday is a harder controlled-effort run plus grip, sled and back-of-body strength. Thursday is easy aerobic and technique work with upper body strength. Friday is run-station-run repeated, then mobility and soft tissue work. Saturday is a long session or a practice race, and Sunday is active recovery only. From mid-April the sessions move earlier in the morning and later in the evening as the heat rises — a safety decision, not a preference.
What separates this from a general fitness camp is measurement. There is a blood panel at intake and again before departure, reviewed with you rather than filed away. Body composition is tracked weekly so muscle is protected as the training load rises. Daily metrics — resting heart rate, sleep, session-RPE — are logged, and two poor days in a row means your week gets changed before the next session. Station time trials run in Weeks 1 and 8, with a full timed practice race in Week 10, and your race-day pacing plan is built from your own numbers rather than a template. All of it goes home with you in a form you can hand to your own doctor.
The results page is deliberately unglamorous. Six finishers from HYROX Bengaluru 2026 and HYROX New Delhi 2026 are listed with names, times, placings and links to the official records — from Shubha Tiwari's 1:55:47 (149th of 624) down to Himani Kandhari's 3:37:04 (618th of 624). Robert Townson flew from the UK specifically to race and finished his first HYROX at 45 in the top 16 percent. The point being made is that a results page with only fast times tells you nothing, because you cannot tell who was already fast when they arrived. Most of these clients came for a body transformation first and found the race afterwards.
