13-Day Yin Yoga & Breathwork Teacher Training in Bali

This 100-hour training is a complete immersion into Yin Yoga Therapy and Breathwork, giving you the skills to teach both. The curriculum covers the foundations of breathwork, including the anatomy and physiology of breathing, and how to guide others in practices for stress relief and emotional balance. In Yin Yoga, you'll learn 35 poses, how to sequence intelligently, and how to work with meridians and chi flow.

The training isn't just about learning poses and techniques. It's about understanding the body and mind connection, and how to create a safe space for your future students. You'll practice teaching from early on, with the teachers giving you detailed feedback to help you improve. This is a practical course, not just theory.

The instructors, Wendy and Bahanur, are both experienced and passionate. Wendy brings her extensive training in Yin Yoga Therapy, Sound Therapy, and Restorative Yoga, while Bahanur is a certified Oxygen Advantage and Trauma Release Breathwork Coach. Together, they offer a balanced perspective on both practices, integrating them seamlessly in a way that feels natural and honest.

The venue, Suly Garden Villas, is deeply connected to the practice and philosophy of the training. Set in the rice fields near Ubud, the property has a yoga hall, a meditation pyramid, and a pool, providing a serene space for study and reflection. This is not just a place to stay—it's part of the experience.
