2-Day Small-Group Ayahuasca Ceremony Retreat in Oslo

The retreat runs for two days and one night for a single ceremony, but you can extend to two or three ceremonies on arrival, which means two or three nights. Groups are capped at fifteen people and every participant is English-speaking. The core team is made up of facilitators trained in Colombian tribal practices since 2017, alongside psychotherapists, constellators, singers and musicians. Live music accompanies each ceremony. Staff come from a range of cultural backgrounds and speak several languages, so guests who are not native English speakers are still able to follow what is happening.

What sets this apart from other plant medicine retreats is the amount of structure around safety. There is a mandatory preparation session beforehand that covers medicine selection aligned with your intentions, dietary guidelines, ceremony protocols and medical contraindications, and it introduces medicines such as Kambo and Bufo Alvarius plus concepts like Icaros and energetic protection. Before the booking is confirmed, every participant completes a health evaluation call covering personal history, risks and goals. Rigorous screening and expert risk management are treated as the backbone of the experience rather than an afterthought.

Post-retreat integration is part of the programme rather than an optional extra. Therapists and coaches lead professional integration sessions, and extended spiritual and life-guidance coaching is available for those who want to keep working with what came up. This is designed to help you carry insights into daily life after you leave Oslo.

The 2026 dates run from June through December, with sessions scheduled roughly once a month. Deposits and service fees are non-refundable, but dates can be changed if requested at least fifteen days in advance, with credits transferable within ninety days of the original booking. After you reserve, you receive a confirmation email, a preparation guide and access to a WhatsApp group for arrival coordination. The booking process is: evaluation call, deposit for the first ceremony, preparation session, then final balance settled directly at the retreat centre.

The retreat takes place in Oslo, Norway. Full directions and travel guidance are shared once your booking is confirmed. Accommodation options are confirmed per booking, with private rooms, shared spaces and upgrades available to ask about. Meals are tailored to the group, including dietary needs, and are confirmed once you tell the organisers yours.
