20-Day Yin Yoga Teacher Training & Healing Immersion in Bali

This is not just a yoga teacher training; it's a three-week deep immersion into the yin side of yoga, set in the spiritual heart of Bali. You'll be based at Suly Villas, a serene property nestled among emerald rice fields, where the daily schedule blends early morning dynamic yang practice with long afternoon Yin sessions. The curriculum is unique in its focus on Yin Yoga as a therapy, integrating the ancient wisdom of Daoist elements, meridian flows, and acupressure points. You'll learn how to sequence classes based on energetic needs and use conscious touch to stimulate the body's natural healing response.

The training is led by Dr. Alexandra Denkinger, a Doctor of Acupuncture and experienced yoga teacher, along with a supportive team. Expect a mix of theory, asana labs, partner work, and plenty of opportunities to practice teaching, with constructive feedback. You'll also explore mindfulness, meditation, and the philosophy behind the practice. Evenings often end with sunset circles and sharing, creating a strong sense of community. Plus, you get 40 hours of self-paced online content covering anatomy and yoga philosophy to round out your foundational knowledge for Yoga Alliance certification.

Saturdays and Sundays are free, giving you time to explore Ubud's art markets, visit the Monkey Forest, or simply relax by the pool. The location is central, yet feels like a retreat, with a large yoga hall, a meditation pyramid, and a temple shala. You'll leave with a Yoga Alliance 200-hour certificate and a Yin Yoga Therapy™ diploma, but also with a deeper understanding of yourself and a new toolset for healing.
