From the start, you'll explore the energy body through kriyas (cleansing practices), bandhas, mudras, and chanting, as well as the more familiar asana practice. The curriculum includes detailed study of yogic philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, and teaching methodology, so you graduate with a rounded understanding and the confidence to lead your own classes.
