The curriculum is structured around a daily rhythm: mornings begin with practice and breathwork, mid-mornings are for alignment labs, afternoons dive into teaching methodology, philosophy, and anatomy, and evenings often include mantra chanting or kirtan. You start micro-teaching from the first week, with partner drills and feedback circles to help you find your voice as a teacher. A significant portion of the course is dedicated to understanding the roots of yoga through the Yoga Sutras, Sanskrit terminology, and the classical Hatha scriptures, so you graduate not just knowing postures but with a lived understanding of the practice.
