200-Hour Somatic Breathwork Teacher Training in Bali

The days are full and structured, starting with morning pranayama and somatic movement before breakfast. Mornings are for theory—the physiology and psychology of breath—and afternoons move into integration workshops and facilitator skills. The late afternoon is usually a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, where music, ritual, and guidance take you through emotional release and deeper states. Evenings end with sharing circles, so you process what comes up in a supported group setting.

What sets this training apart is the trauma-informed lens. It's not just about the technique; you learn about nervous system literacy, safety, ethics, boundaries, and how to hold space for people who might be processing trauma. There's an emphasis on emotional alchemy, inner child work, ancestral themes, and integration—making this as much about your own healing as it is about learning to teach.

The training is led by Ourania Bouzouki, who has been teaching since 1996 and has run an international teacher training school since 2010. She studied with Giovanni Formisano and has spent years learning in India. She now calls Bali home and brings that experience into the Bali trainings.
