200-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training Immersion in Costa Rica

The 200-hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training takes place at Salvatierra, a sustainable eco-retreat set on a hilltop above the pristine, undeveloped beach of Costa de Oro. Days begin with meditation and gentle movement at sunrise, followed by active vinyasa and hatha classes that focus on clear alignment principles. The curriculum covers anatomy, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, the chakra system, pranayama, and restorative practices, all taught with a therapeutic lens that encourages self-care and personal exploration.
