200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Wellness Immersion in Bali

Hosted at a serene resort just outside Ubud, this training unfolds over three weeks in a small, intimate group of no more than fifteen participants. The curriculum is built around the seven chakras, weaving together asana practice, anatomy, teaching methodology, philosophy, and trauma-informed approaches. Mornings typically begin with meditation and pranayama, followed by a vinyasa or yin yoga class. Afternoons are reserved for workshops, practicums, and lectures, with evenings often free for rest or reflection.
