The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yogakulam Academy in Kerala is a full-immersion month for anyone wanting to deeply learn yoga. It's a structured, intensive course, not a relaxing holiday. You'll follow a daily yogic routine, waking at sunrise for meditation and pranayama, moving through asana practice, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology classes, with breaks for meals and rest.
