This 23-day, 200-Hour Multi-Style + Aerial Yoga Teacher Training combines a full multi-style grounding — Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology — with ten days of dedicated aerial yoga instruction using the hammock. Held at Ishavasyam Yoga School in Upper Tapovan, Rishikesh, it leads to a Yoga Alliance accredited RYT 200 certificate. No prior aerial experience is needed, and the course suits beginner and intermediate practitioners. The 22-night residential stay includes three sattvic meals a day, yoga materials, a guided excursion and a complimentary sound bath healing session.
