23-Day Hatha & Tantra Yoga Teacher Training in Goa's Serene Coastal Setting

This training is not about rushing through techniques. It's about understanding how and why yoga works. The curriculum covers over 50 asanas with variations and modifications, pranayama techniques like Ujjayi, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, and Anulom Vilom, and daily guided meditation. Tantra philosophy is introduced in a grounded way, focusing on energy, balance, and awareness, with practical sessions on mantra chanting.

You'll study the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Vedanta, and Tantra philosophy, always relating them back to real experience. Anatomy and physiology classes cover the musculoskeletal, nervous, and respiratory systems, helping you practice and teach safely. Teaching methodology is hands-on, with opportunities to design class sequences, practice cueing, and lead actual sessions with peer feedback.
