23-Day Yoga Teacher Training and Body Detoxification in the Himalayas

This is a full 200-hour Yoga Alliance International-certified teacher training, but it doesn’t feel like a cookie-cutter course. The school’s angle is healing yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. So alongside the usual asana, pranayama, anatomy, and philosophy lectures, you’ll spend real time on yogic cleansing (shatkarma) and naturopathy. The teachers have serious backgrounds—Masters in yoga, naturopathy doctorates, and years of personal practice. A good chunk of the teaching focuses on how to actually stand in front of a class: structuring a session, using verbal cues, adjusting students safely. You’ll practice teaching on your peers, get feedback, and build confidence. And it’s not all serious—the evenings often have kirtan or movie nights, and there’s a weekly free day to explore.
