The course is built around two certifications taught in parallel rather than one after the other. The meditation side covers over twenty methods, drawing on traditions from different countries — you will sit with each style long enough to understand how it is taught and what it is for, rather than just sampling. The singing bowl side is practical: you learn to play, but more importantly you learn to lead. That means structuring a sound session, working with a group, and understanding how the bowls are used therapeutically.
