24-Day Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in the Himalayan Foothills

This is a foundational 200-hour course that covers the full spectrum of traditional yoga, blending the ancient Hatha system with the more dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flow. The syllabus is comprehensive, including posture alignment, pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, yoga philosophy based on the Bhagavad Gita and Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and a solid introduction to anatomy, Ayurveda, and yogic nutrition. You'll also learn the practical skills of teaching, from class sequencing to verbal cueing and hands-on adjustments.

The school is a traditional ashram-style setup with a focus on authentic instruction. The lead teachers have trained within the Gurukul system and bring years of experience teaching internationally. The days are demanding but rewarding, with a clear progression from the first kriya to the final teaching test.
